Their loyal and well trained staffs maintain their high standards of service and hospitality. This combination ensures the success of all their respective businesses.
The personalized attention of our tour guides is what sets CVB Travel apart. Our guides, who are all professional and registered guides, are of the highest standard and have been in tourism for many years. As well as being extremely knowledgeable in the history and culture of Turkey they are also able to offer their clients an insight into contemporary Turkey. They all share a deep love for their work and nation and enjoy showing visitors their country. Our guides all have English as a second language and many speak at least one other European language. They are sensitive to the cultural needs of their clients and endeavor to meet these requirements. When we are conducting Special Interest Programs we engage the services of qualified people, both nationally and internationally, who are recognized as experts within their field to ensure that our client’s requirements are fully catered for.
In keeping with CVB Travel’s overall philosophy of providing a customized and personalized service to our clients we have selected mainly hotels that offer a more sensitive and personalized service. In the main we will accommodate our clients in hotels that have their own distinctive character and feel. Our sister hotels, as the Imperial Cave Hotel and AkCave Suites and Resort, reflects these values and we use our sister hotels as a benchmark when choosing other hotels to work with.
These hotels are all located at the best sites in the towns we stay at. We may not always use hotels at the 4 and 5 star range if we feel that our clients can stay in other hotels that emphasis comfort, friendliness and service as well as value for money. We predominately use hotels in the Special Category range wherever possible. These hotels have been rated by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism as being of special significance. It may be an old magnificent 5 star restoration of a prison, a restored section of a castle, an Ottoman military hostel, a restored 12th century caravanserai or one of the increasing number of old Cave dwellings, Rock carved houses and mansions that are being restored throughout Turkey in traditional in style.
All our accommodation includes private facilities that are comfortable and clean. We regularly review the hotels to ensure that they are of the required standard and are constantly seeking advice from our clients as to their opinions on the respective hotels used on their itineraries. We also visit other hotels when we receive positive recommendations from our individual travelers about to consider if they should also be included on our program.
